TIGERSECU New Bundles
You asked, we listened: more bundles! A few months ago, we asked what you wanted to see more of from TIGERSECU, and the answer was quite clear: more bundles! This year, we launched a Super HD 1080P security DVR kit bundle and now we’ve launched two additional bundles today. Check them out here:

Do you have plans to improve the user interface? Especially the playback screen. The scroll bar doesn’t function as it should. I have some older recordings on the video that I want to delete. Can’t figure out how to do that. Especially since my new stuff bounces to the old stuff. I had SimpliSafe installed at my previous home and their user interface is easier to navigate. Could it be that I have an old unit and the user interface would be better on a newer DVR? I have a 1TB TS-302 with 8 cameras.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes. We have a plan to update the DVR firmware and improve the playback interface. However, a newer firmware is not available yet.
As you mentioned the SimpliSafe playback, can you send some photos of its’ playback interface to our email service@tigersecu.com? That might help us to improve our products. Thank you in advance.
And sorry, the DVR doesn’t support deleting a portion of the footage on the hard drive. To format the hard drive will just delete all the recordings.
Since the Recycle Recording is enabled on the DVR, when the hard drive is full, the recordings will start to overwrite automatically.
