- Open the TIGERSECU HD Viewer app on your phone and log into your DVR.

Enable Push Alerts:
- Tap the Control icon within the app.
- Change the status from UnNotify to Notify to enable push alerts.
Ensure App Notifications are Enabled:

- Make sure the notification function is enabled for the TIGERSECU HD Viewer app in your phone’s settings.

Troubleshooting:
