By registering, logging in, or using TIGERSECU Cloud Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please refrain from using the Service.

This Agreement is entered into between you (“the User”) and TIGERSECU, defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties with respect to the use of TIGERSECU Cloud Service. “User” refers to any individual or organization registering for, logging into, or using the Service.

TIGERSECU may update this Agreement at any time. Once published at www.tigersecu.com, the updated version will automatically replace the previous version without prior notice. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 

  1. Introduction to TIGERSECU Cloud Service

TIGERSECU Cloud Service provides Users with access to their connected monitoring devices. The platform itself does not generate content. After successful registration, Users can view real-time and recorded video feeds from their devices. Users may add or remove equipment as needed, and they bear full responsibility for the equipment and any costs incurred.

  1. Notes for Use

2.1 Account Registration

2.1.1 Users may sign up at www.tigersecu.com for access to TIGERSECU Cloud Service. During registration, accurate personal or organizational details (such as username, password, email address, and mobile number) must be provided. After successful registration, Users can log in and use the Service.

2.1.2 All provided information must be truthful and correct. TIGERSECU is not liable for any failure to use the Service caused by false information. Users must promptly update their details if any changes occur to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2.2 Account Activation

2.2.1 Since this Service integrates with TIGERSECU devices such as webcams, an account becomes active only after the relevant device has been activated. Accounts inactive for more than 30 days may be canceled by TIGERSECU.

2.3 Account Security

2.3.1 Users are responsible for all activities carried out under their accounts, regardless of authorization.

2.3.2 Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. TIGERSECU shall not be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from negligence, such as sharing login details or installing unverified programs. Users should report any unauthorized use immediately.

2.3.3 If an account is found to be used by someone other than the registered User, TIGERSECU may suspend it without prior notice. Any resulting data loss or inability to access the Service is the User’s responsibility.

2.3.4 Forgotten passwords may be retrieved using the registered username and mobile number. However, TIGERSECU cannot verify whether the requester is the legitimate account owner, and thus will not be liable for any impersonation losses or failed recovery attempts.

  1. Usage Rules

3.1 The Service is intended solely for non-commercial, personal use. Commercial use without TIGERSECU’s written consent is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

3.2 When using the Service, Users agree to comply with the following:

  • All applicable laws and regulations;
  • Relevant internet protocols, policies, and procedures;
  • Accessing the Service only through www.tigersecu.com or authorized platforms;
  • Not engaging in unlawful activities, violating privacy, or spreading defamatory content;
  • Not interfering with the normal operation of the internet or the Service system;
  • Not engaging in actions harmful to TIGERSECU;
  • Promptly reporting unauthorized account use or security breaches;
  • Refraining from using plug-ins, cheats, or any improper methods to access the Service.

3.3 TIGERSECU reserves the right to upgrade or adjust the Service at any time. Updates may require Users to upgrade device software or applications. Users who do not update may lose access to new features, and TIGERSECU does not guarantee continued support for old versions.

  1. Value-Added Services

4.1 TIGERSECU may provide both free and paid value-added services. Fees, standards, or methods of payment may change according to market and technical development. Users will be notified in case of new charges and may choose whether to continue. Non-payment may result in termination of services.

4.2 TIGERSECU reserves the right to display advertisements or promotional content, including pop-up notifications.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All text, graphics, audio, video, software, and related content provided by TIGERSECU Cloud Service are the property of TIGERSECU and are protected by copyright and related laws. Users may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to exploit the Service’s software without prior written approval.

5.2 This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to TIGERSECU trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

5.3 Users may not modify, rent, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Service unless expressly authorized.

  1. Privacy Protection

6.1 TIGERSECU respects user privacy and will not disclose personal information without consent, except under the following circumstances:

  • Prior explicit authorization from the User;
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Requests from legally authorized government agencies;
  • Protection of public interest;
  • Protection of TIGERSECU’s legal rights.

6.2 To improve service quality, TIGERSECU may cooperate with third parties. Personal information may be shared only with third parties who agree to assume the same privacy protection responsibilities.

6.3 TIGERSECU may analyze aggregated user data (e.g., visit frequency, access times, preferences) for business purposes, provided individual privacy is not disclosed.

  1. Legal Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 TIGERSECU’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the User for the Service.

7.2 Users acknowledge that using TIGERSECU Cloud Service is at their own risk. TIGERSECU may suspend or terminate services, block accounts, or pursue legal action if Users violate terms or laws.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIGERSECU provides the Service “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free performance.

7.4 The Service may contain links to third-party websites. TIGERSECU is not responsible for their content, availability, or security. Users assume all risks associated with visiting such sites.

7.5 Users acknowledge that internet-based services may be affected by unforeseen issues such as system failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure. TIGERSECU shall not be liable for resulting losses.

7.6 Any disputes involving third-party software used with the Service must be resolved with the third party directly. TIGERSECU does not provide support for such software.

  1. Interruption or Termination

8.1 TIGERSECU is not liable for service interruptions or terminations caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance or upgrades;
  • Server damage;
  • Sudden hardware or software failures;
  • Network provider issues;
  • Emergency measures to protect security or public safety;
  • Force majeure or third-party causes.

8.2 Apart from the above, TIGERSECU may terminate or suspend some or all services with 30 days’ notice posted on the official website. TIGERSECU shall not be responsible for damages resulting from such actions.

  1. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

9.2 The section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

9.3 Any disputes between the User and TIGERSECU should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit in the court with jurisdiction where this Agreement was executed.

9.4 The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to TIGERSECU.
