On the DVR login screen, click Forgot Password.
If you did not set a recovery email, enter your email address and click Next.
If you previously set a recovery email, open TIGERSECU ONE, tap +, select Forgot Device Password, and scan the QR code displayed on the DVR.
Check your email for the security code, enter it on the DVR, and create a new password.

2.Select your time zone, date format, and time format, then click Apply.
The default time zone is UTC−08:00 (Pacific Time).
3.If your location does not observe Daylight Saving Time, turn off DST and click Apply.
1. Go to Main Menu > Configure > Storage > Recording Schedule.
2. Select a camera and choose Event. Then click and drag on the timetable to set the recording periods.
3. Enable the schedule and click Apply. Use Copy to apply the same settings to other cameras.
1. Go to Main Menu > Search.
2. Select the camera(s) and recording type, then click Search.
1. Insert a USB flash drive into the DVR. Select the recordings or snapshots, click Backup, and save the files to the USB drive.
Check the network port indicator on the back of the DVR.
If the indicator is off, try another Ethernet cable and another LAN port on the router.
If the indicator is on, go to Main Menu > Configure > Network > Basic > Mobile Service. Keep DHCP enabled and confirm that a valid IP address is displayed.
Open Mobile Service and make sure it is enabled and Device Status shows Online.
In the app’s device list, swipe down to refresh. If the DVR still shows Offline, contact us at [email protected].

3. Insert a USB flash drive into the NVR. Select the recordings or snapshots, click Export under Operation, and then click Save.

If the indicator is on, go to Settings > Network > TCP/IP. Keep DHCP enabled and confirm that a valid IPv4 address is displayed.
Go to the P2P page and make sure P2P is enabled and Device Status shows Online.
