Permitted Use and Resale
TIGERSECU products may be purchased for personal, household, business, installation, or resale use where permitted by applicable law and any applicable partner or sales terms. Participation in a TIGERSECU partner or volume-purchase program may be subject to separate written terms.
Automated Access 
You may not use automated means to bypass access controls, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, extract non-public information, or access the Services in a manner prohibited by law. This restriction does not prohibit access through public interfaces or mechanisms expressly authorized by TIGERSECU.
Governing Law 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other non-waivable law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
