• This TIGERSECU Super HD hybrid 4 channel security DVR is a full featured hybrid digital video recording system designed for use with 2MP (1080p) HD TVI, AHD, CVI, and analog security cameras. For optimal performance, use this TIGERSECU DVR with TIGERSECU security cameras.
• Remotely access and play surveillance footage and control the security DVR with no contract or monthly fees with TIGERSECU’s HD Viewer. Minimum recommended upload speed is 1Mbps per channel for remote connection; 4Mbps is recommended for 4-channels. Mobile app requires iOS 9.3 or later and Android 9 or later.
• Pre-installed with a new 1TB surveillance hard disk drive for 10+ days of continuous local recording at the highest resolution. Option to replace internal drive with a larger one of up to 16TB. Motion detection options allow you to record only when motion is detected to save hard drive space. High efficiency video compression enables you to record more footage for the same storage space.
• No fan noise and a quieter system with our unique heat sink fan technology that enables the DVR to self-cool and prevent overheating.
• 4 audio inputs for 4 channels of audio recording. 3 monitor connections through HD-port, VGA and CVBS ports. 1920 x 1080 pixels DVR display resolution. Works with TV and computer monitors with a minimum 1080p resolution.

Format and Resolution

• Compatible with TV, AHD, CV1, and analog formats up to 5MP (2560 × 1920 pixels at 12.5 (ps).
• Not compatible with SDI cameras.

Step 2: Check

Night Vision

Ensure that the night vision infrared light on your camera is en-abled by testing it in a dark environment.

Step 3: Troubleshoot Black-and-White Footage

If your camera is showing images in black and white during the day when they should be in color, change the video format to CVI with a resolution of up to 5MP (2560X1920 @12.5 fps).

TIGERSECU Super HD 1080P and 5MP DVRs work with these security camera formats: HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, D1.

How to check if your cameras will work with a TIGERSECU DVR:

1. Find your camera’s model number (generally located on the bottom or side of the camera).
2. Identify the camera’s format (typically found by searching Amazon, Google, or the camera brand’s website).
3. If the camera is analog BNC that is TVI, CVI, AHD or D1, the camera will work with TIGERSECU.
4. If the camera is analog BNC that is SDI, the camera will not work with TIGERSECU.
